Plants and offices of Stellantis in the United States, except for areas where employees are otherwise notified, will be closed Tuesday, November 3, 2026, for the observance of Federal Election Day.
Holiday Pay Eligibility for Employees on Layoff
As a reminder, employees who meet the following conditions are eligible for holiday pay while on layoff. Meeting these conditions will generate Holiday pay and Short Work Week for Pay Period 11/2/2026 through 11/8/2026, Benefit Week Ending 11/7/2026.
Federal Election Day: November 3, 2026
A seniority employee who is laid off:
On or before Sunday, 10/25/2026 is not eligible for Holiday pay unless the employee returns to work between 11/4/2026 and 11/8/2026
Between 10/26/2026 through 11/2/2026 is eligible for Holiday pay
Employees should waive state unemployment benefit certification for the week in which the Holiday pay/Short Work Week is allocated, Benefit Week Ending 11/7/2026.
Failure to do so will result in a SUB overpayment and recovery.
