Key Dates for the 2026 Election

  • June 15 to 18, 2026: 39th UAW Constitutional Convention candidate nominations

  • Late August 2026: Mailing of ballots starts

  • October 5, 2026: Deadline to return ballots (must be received by designated U.S. Postal facility)

  • Early October 2026: Ballot tabulation and official vote count
