Together we make a bigger impact. Pink Hearts of Steel is proud to walk again this year for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer, presented by Chevrolet.
Date: Saturday, October 10, 2026 Start and Finish: The Corner Ballpark, 1680 Michigan Ave, Detroit, MI
The walk begins at the Historic Corner Ballpark (former Tiger Stadium) and winds through the streets of Corktown. There's a 1 mile option and a 2.5 mile option. This isn't a race, it's a walk in support of breast cancer survivors, thrivers, and those we have lost.

8:00 AM: Event site opens
8:30 AM: Pink Hearts of Steel group photo, in front of the UAW Women's Department tent
9:00 AM: Walk route opens, rolling start, walk when you're ready
10:00 AM: Start line closes
10:45 AM: Closing remarks
11:00 AM: Event concludes
