Congrats, Skilled Trades Grads!

This week, two Sterling Stamping Plant apprentices officially completed their skilled trades training, a milestone years in the making.

Allante Jones, Pipefitter Apprentice Mohamed Awad, Welder Repair Apprentice

Both put in the hours, the hands-on work, and the dedication it takes to become a journeyperson. Skilled trades apprenticeships aren't easy. They demand real commitment on top of the daily job, and Allante and Mohamed saw it through.
