Four New Journeypersons at Sterling Stamping

Welder repair, pipefitting, diemaking. Four apprentices, four different paths, one finish line reached this May.

Each spent years building the hands-on knowledge and technical skill their trade demands, and each came out the other side as a fully qualified journeyperson. That range says a lot about the depth of skill running through the Sterling Stamping floor.
