Drive with Pride: Company Lease Program Update

As a result of a recent Arbitration ruling, members who signed a lease through the Drive with Pride company lease program after May 1, 2026, and made payments on the newly leased vehicle through October 27, 2026, may be owed a refund, as your rates have been retroactively reduced.

If you ordered a vehicle before May 1, 2026, or if you order a vehicle in the future, you will not be affected by this refund process.

The company lease program will send each affected member a new monthly lease rate and a refund amount.

How Refunds Will Be Applied

Members who leased during this time and continue to lease will receive a new monthly rate.

• If you are owed a refund due to overcharges, the refund will be applied to your company lease account.

• If you only owe your monthly lease amount, your next payment or payments will be reduced until the overcharge is fully refunded.

• If you owe additional charges beyond your monthly lease, the refund will be applied to these charges until paid in full, with any remaining refund applied to monthly payments.

Members No Longer Employed

Members who leased during this time and whose employment is terminated, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, will receive a refund through the regular payroll process, if applicable.
