UAW Region 1 Men's Council Conference
The UAW Region 1 Men's Council will host its First Annual Men's Council Conference from Thursday, September 3, through Saturday, September 5, 2026, at UAW Region 1, 27800 George Merrelli Drive, Warren, MI 48092. All UAW members in good standing are encouraged to attend. The conference will feature educational classes and seminars, networking opportunities, and a fundraiser.
On Thursday and Friday, delegates may choose to attend either the morning session (10 a.m. to 1 p.m.) or the afternoon session (4 to 7 p.m.), allowing members the flexibility to participate at a time that best fits their schedule. Each class session will last one hour.
When registering, please select three of the following four classes you are most interested in attending: Breadbox to the Ballot Box, Parliamentary Procedure, Mental Health Awareness, and Real Pathways to Wealth. There is a $45 registration fee for all delegates. Checks or money orders should be made payable to International Union, UAW.
The registration fee includes snacks on Thursday, lunch on Friday, and admission to the Saturday evening fundraiser. Non delegates are welcome to attend the fundraiser for a $25 admission fee.
Tentative Conference Agenda
Thursday, September 3: Opening Session, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m.
Friday, September 4: Education Day, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m.
Saturday, September 5: All White Affair Fundraiser, UAW Region 1 Pavilion, 5 to 11 p.m.
