New Bylaw Proposals for Members of UAW Local 1264
The following new bylaw proposals were read at the Sunday, August 16, 2026, General Membership Meeting.

Added to Article XI, Committees
Section A, Local 1264 shall have the following committees:

New Bylaw Proposal #2
Add to Article 3, Section A
A General Membership Meeting will be called at least once a month, the third Sunday at 10:00 AM, with a ten minute grace period. Thirty five (35) of the membership shall constitute a quorum to conduct all business meetings. If at two meetings a quorum is not present, the majority will rule at the third meeting, discussing and voting on the same agenda as the previous two meetings. Any month in which the third Sunday is a holiday, the membership meeting will be held the following Sunday.

Voting will take place Sunday, September 20, 2026, at the General Membership Meeting.
